Scope of Work:
The project consists of the following:
Renovations to the existing cafeteria dining space, which includes a new entry storefront, up
grades to ceiling, lighting, flooring, and wall tile. Graphics are to be added at the front entry store
front section.

PRE-BID DATE:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. CST on November 3, 2022, (Thursday) at the Fort Worth ISD Professional Development Center, Room 256 (2nd Floor), 3150 McCart Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76110 for all interested parties. Please allow 15 minutes prior to the meeting to check in at the front desk administration office. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in the preparation of the proposal.

BID DATE:
All 2017 Capital Improvement construction procurement responses must be submitted electronically through the electronic bid system. That system can be found at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/.

Completed CSP Package Parts 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted through IonWave no later than
Wednesday, November 16, 2022, before 2:00 PM (CST).

Any materials received after the respective closing date/times will not be considered.
